I joined Soriano Cleaning Services in 2023 as Director of Operations, bringing firsthand experience from working in the field as a cleaner to later leading as Director of Route Services. That journey taught me the importance of teamwork, attention to detail, and building strong client relationships from the ground up.
In my role today, I focus on optimizing operations, supporting our teams, and ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality service. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, developing talent, and helping Soriano Cleaning grow while staying true to our values of reliability and professionalism.
